START WITH THE REAL JOURNEY

From “Is this for me?”
to a conversation.

Your website should make it easy to understand who you help, what you offer and how to get started.

For a coaching business, that may mean a focused service page leading to an introductory call. For another, it may mean several offers with a clear route to the right booking page. We agree on that journey before choosing pages or tools.

Already have a scheduler or client portal that works? We can scope the website around it. Replacing your existing software is not a requirement. We first review what visitors see, where they go next and what you need to manage afterward.

A PRACTICAL WEBSITE-TO-BOOKING SCOPE

Clear pages.
Useful connections.

01

Explain your offer.

Organize the audience, service, format and next step into readable pages. Use your approved information and authentic credentials. We do not invent testimonials, qualifications or client results.

02

Make mobile booking easy.

Give the visitor a visible action and a direct route to your agreed scheduler. Check links, mobile layout, keyboard use and expectations before handover. Your scheduling provider controls availability and its booking rules.

03

Define what happens next.

Agree where an inquiry or booking record belongs and who responds. Forms, notifications and integrations are included only when expressly scoped and tested; a link to a calendar is not a synchronized backend.

04

Measure the right thing.

Define useful website events when analytics is in scope. A booking-link click measures interest, not a confirmed appointment. Payment and calendar outcomes require separately agreed access and implementation.

YOUR BUSINESS, YOUR ACCOUNTS

Keep the keys.
Know the costs.

A one-time build does not mean every third-party service is free forever.

01

Client-owned setup.

Your domain, hosting and agreed software accounts stay under your control. Access is limited to the work you authorize. Customer data and credentials are never copied from another client's project.

02

One-time implementation.

Pages, functionality, acceptance checks and project price are agreed before the build. No monthly agency retainer is required. A larger portal, migration or custom workflow needs its own scope.

03

Continuing provider costs.

Domain renewal, hosting, scheduling, email, payment processing and optional software can have separate charges or usage limits. You pay the providers directly where applicable. We explain the chosen setup rather than promising every business can run on only two fees.

HANDOVER

Understand what
you are taking over.

  • An agreed map of pages, tools and account ownership
  • Acceptance checks for the customer path included in your project
  • Instructions and training for the agreed owner tasks
  • Clear responsibility for updates, backups and ongoing technical upkeep

SEPARATE SCOPE

Clear limits.
No hidden promises.

  • Ongoing agency support, content production or marketing management
  • Custom CRM, payment synchronization or large data migrations
  • Clinical records or sensitive coaching notes in a demonstration
  • Guaranteed rankings, inquiries, sales or revenue

BEFORE WE BUILD

Make the right
starting choice.

Do I need a new booking tool?
Not necessarily. We review your existing booking experience and can use its current destination if it meets the agreed requirements. Connecting accounts, importing records or changing scheduling settings needs a specific scope and approval.
Can I update the website myself?
We agree which updates you need to make and choose an editing approach accordingly. The proposal and handover explain what is editable without code and what requires technical help. Account ownership alone does not make every feature a visual editor.
What should I bring to the consultation?
Your website or current online presence, your main coaching offer and the next action you want visitors to take. A public booking link is useful. Do not send passwords, payment information or private client notes.
Can you review my current website first?
Yes. The separate Sales Leak Check website review looks at one agreed customer journey. Implementation is sold separately. You can also start with the free consultation to discuss whether a review or a build fits your needs.
