HOW WE WORK

Clear at the start.
Useful at the finish.

A system is only as useful as the clarity around it. Here’s how we keep the work understandable.

01

UNDERSTAND

Start with the
actual problem.

Map the offer, the customer’s next step, and the way your team follows through. Diagnose before adding more tools.

OUTPUT → A defined journey and a useful question.
02

AGREE

Write down
what good looks like.

Agree on the pages, tools, workflows, metrics, responsibilities, price, and acceptance checks before implementation.

OUTPUT → A written scope and explicit boundaries.
03

BUILD & CHECK

Connect the pieces.
Test the journey.

Build within the agreed scope. Walk through realistic scenarios and verify data, follow-up, and key handoffs.

OUTPUT → A system checked against agreed criteria.
04

HAND OVER

Keep the keys.
Know the routine.

Practice the key tasks together. Give your team clear instructions, a connection map, and scoped AI guidance where it helps.

OUTPUT → An operating kit your team can use.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Know what to expect.

How long will implementation take?
Timing depends on agreed scope, access, content readiness, integration limits, and review availability. A delivery schedule is agreed for your project.
What happens when the scope changes?
New pages, workflows, migrations, custom integrations, or other additions should be documented and priced separately before work begins.
What happens after the handover?
Your project agreement defines any included support window and the cost of further assistance. Ongoing support or management is not included unless it is part of your written scope.
Can I use tools I already own?
That is part of the fit conversation. Existing tools, access permissions, export options, and integration limits should be checked before choosing a build.
